Rep. Joseph Aragona (R) of Macomb County (60th District) is trying to restrict Michigan medical marijuana caregivers and violate the will of the people and the intent of the voters who voted into law the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act of 2008. He has recently introduced HB5757 to prevent caregivers from growing the plants for patients they are legally allowed to have under the MMMA!
Joe Aragona is another politician who should be publicly shamed & made sure he can never represent the will of the people again. Shame on Joe and his list of accomplices shown below!
Why is Joe trying to hurt patients and caregivers? Because he doesn’t give a damn about you or anyone else. He only cares about lining his pockets from special interest groups who want to make sure big corporations have a monopoly on Michigan Marijuana so they can charge you higher prices and make the state more tax money by increasing the amount of tax revenue you have to pay for your medicine!

To hell with these slime balls! I know Joe Aragona has been taking money from the MiCIA (Michigan Cannabis Industry Association) and they were one of his largest donors. So this is basically all of the major corporate dispensaries trying to screw over caregivers and the voters.

I will not be voting for Angela Rigas again as a result of this. Me and my caregiver will be telling all of our friends to vote her out in the next election. She can go back to doing hair at her overpriced salon.
My husband and I are both caregivers and this is such a shame to see. I’m willing to bet that none of these people know anything about the patients who rely on their caregivers for medicine and the hurt they will cause by creating this type of terrible legislation. It’s time for the people of thise state to rise up against this kind of tyranny
